All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and includes GST. Baby Wonder reserves the right to change prices without notice..
International Orders
Baby Wonder delivers Worldwide.
For those countries that are not listed at the checkout please e-mail us with your order and we will confirm payment and shipping cost.
You may choose to insure your goods for an extra AU$10.00. This covers goods to the value of AU$200 including postage. Baby Wonder will notify you if an additional payment for insurance is required. This amount is usually AU$2 per extra AU$100 over the AU$200 amount. Please note that if you do not insure your goods the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.
Return and Exchange Policy
Baby Wonder understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:
1. All products must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Call (02) 8850 7679 or email us with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name/Code, and Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
4. You will then be given a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.
5. Post the product(s) to the following address: Baby Wonder PO Box 9315 Harris Park NSW 2150
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Baby Wonder cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number) is clearly marked on the package, in some cases we may charge a restocking fee of 10% of the product(s) value or 20% for special order items. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).
Exceptions to Returnable Products: Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.
Deliveries within Australia; The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post however we do consider any damage to goods on a case-by-case basis.
International deliveries: the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. Unfortunately the longer the distance the package travels the more likely it is to be lost/damaged and therefore we recommend you consider our international insurance option at the checkout.
By placing an order with Baby Wonder you authorize us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time.

we accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard Other: we also accept Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Orders, Bank Cheque and Personal Cheque however when paying by these methods goods can only be dispatched when deposits/cheques/money orders have cleared to Baby Wonder . Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is considered faulty.
